Calzone Dough (Wheat Flour, Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Mozzarella Cheese, Anti Caking Agent - Potato Starch (Milk), Duck Meat (Origin EU, Salt.), Hoisin Sauce (Water, Crushed Yellow Bean (23%) (Fermented Salted Soya Bean {Soya Bean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Water}, Soya Sauce {Water, Soya Bean, Salt, Wheat Flour}, Sugar, Water, Colour (Plain Caramel), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)), Sugar, Vinegar, Rapeseed Oil, Plum Puree (3%), Modified Maize Starch, Onion Powder, Spice, Salt, Colour (Plain Caramel).), Red Peppers, Spring Onion.

Storage Instructions:
If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C. I’m best cooked from fresh. If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use within 6 weeks and fully defrost in a fridge before cooking.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200c
2. Remove film and place in the middle of the oven for 20-24 minutes
3. Ensure your calzones are piping hot throughout before serving
